Manifesto
We are not making a conference. We are making an experience.
MEISŌ Wellbeing Forum grows out of a conviction that real change needs room: room to stop, to listen and simply to be. We are making a place where culture meets the body and knowledge meets intuition, and where every participant finds her own way through this time of change.
Why the Forum exists
Women are speaking ever more openly about experiences that spent decades in the shadows: unspoken, played down, pushed to the margins of culture. Menopause is a profound change: biological, psychological and spiritual. Yet there is still no real place to talk about it with dignity, knowledge and respect.
We want to break the taboo, build awareness and encourage women, professionals and organisations to look at this stage of life anew. These are rare topics, so we are opening room for dialogue across the whole breadth of experience.
The idea
It is the moment a woman comes face to face with her own wisdom, her body and the culture around her. Meisō, Japanese for meditation, stillness, deep reflection, captures what we want to be: a place to pause, to get to know yourself and to step boldly into a new chapter.
The first edition, Meno: Ja – Kultura wobec przemiany, rests on three pillars.
A state of harmony between body and spirit.
Moving through change with awareness.
A space we are rebuilding together.

Friday · Art and sound
Sculptor · opening of the My Soule collection
Kris is a man full of dreams… and imagination… for whom making sculpture is more than art: it is a way of joining thought with technology. Inventive and effective, he can give shape to even the most fleeting visions.
His works radiate beauty and craftsmanship, and he puts his heart and knowledge into each one. Full of positive energy and attentive to detail, he combines the newest technology with deep artistic intuition, turning matter into something exceptional.
Exhibition opening: a new collection inspired by yoga postures – My Soule.
Drummer, composer, handpan player
A drummer with 25 years of experience, a composer and one of Poland's leading handpan players. A graduate of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, he is widely known as a co-founder of the band Afromental and as a session musician who has worked with Urszula Dudziak and Sławek Uniatowski, among others.
In his solo work Torres leaves mainstream energy behind for the virtuosic, meditative sound of the handpan. His style is a fusion of ethno, ambient and free improvisation, where technical precision meets deep emotional sensitivity.
Solo discography and projects: „Handpan Meditations” (2024) and „Handpan Meditations, Vol. 2” (2025), two albums of improvisations that have become a valued backdrop for yoga, meditation and mindfulness; „Ayasa Live Sessions” (2025), recorded with Łukasz Dembiński at the legendary Ayasa Studio in the Netherlands, a live record of a musical dialogue between two lovers of the instrument.
Tomek Torres moves successfully between the worlds of the professional session musician and the independent artist, building a bridge between modern production and the primal, calming sound of steel. His music is available on all streaming services.

Aromatherapy educator
My name is Shanti. I am an aromatherapy educator and a mother. For years I have mostly been helping women discover simple, natural ways to support their health, their emotions and everyday life.
My speciality is aromatherapy, not as a fashionable extra but as a practical tool that can become part of daily rituals. I show how to use it at home, at work, in relationships and in self-care: calmly, consciously and without complicating life.
I share this knowledge in consultations, workshops and live meetings with my community. I also regularly run live sessions and prepare educational materials showing how aromatherapy can support everyday life, from healthy habits and skincare to emotions, rest and the atmosphere at home.
I believe small everyday choices have enormous power. That is why I create a space where you can stop for a moment, regain balance and, step by step, build a life closer to nature. Come and join me on this fascinating journey!
Deputy Chair of the Częstochowa City Council
I like my life. I like the changes in it, the ones that come from my own decisions and the ones that come from new paths that open up when I let myself take them. I believe I have 7 lives: professional, political, artistic, travel-and-sport, social, family, and my hedonistic one just for me. I do not try to mix them; I draw from them.
I believe the people who cross our path give us the most, whatever that means. The older I get, the more freely I live. You may know me from #KobietyPotrafią, #ZajmijSięSobą and #BonaFide.
See you there, Małgorzata Iżyńska

Vinyasa Yoga (RYT 500), Yin Yoga (RYT 300)
On the mat since 2004, out of a love of movement and nature. She discovered yoga in 2004 during postgraduate studies at the University of Physical Education in Poznań. Since then she has kept deepening her practice and sharing it, first in Poland and later in Australia, where she trained with Australian and American teachers. Yoga became not only a way to a healthy body but also a space for inner growth and a life in tune with nature.
Experience and training. She is a certified Vinyasa Yoga (RYT 500) and Yin Yoga (RYT 300) teacher. A molecular biologist by training, she combines the precision of science with the intuition and flow of practice. As an educator she runs international teacher trainings, helping future teachers find their own voice and path.
Founder of Studio Namaste Yoga (SNY) in Poznań, a space that combines professionalism with openness and warmth. She is also behind well-known Poznań initiatives such as Joga przy Fontannie and Joga na Arenie, and co-organises the international yoga conference „Yoga. Body & Soul”.
Projects and initiatives. She has created many projects that make yoga accessible and varied: Joga z Ullą – Vinyasa dla każdego, a programme for people at every stage of practice, and Power Vinyasa Yoga, a 21-day challenge that builds strength and stamina. Her teaching stands out for its clarity, commitment and care for every participant.
Lifestyle and inspiration. For her, yoga is more than physical practice; it is a way of life. She loves being close to nature: cycling trips, sleeping in a tent, swimming in rivers and purring cats are her everyday sources of rest and joy. Sometimes she runs, but she always comes back to the mat, where she finds balance and space for herself. See you on the mat.
Hatha yoga, fascial yoga, aerial yoga
Yoga and art are my two great passions. Their paths met during my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, where I chose yoga as my physical education class. It was love at first sight.
After returning to Częstochowa, to ground my knowledge and broaden my skills, I signed up for an academic yoga instructor course in movement recreation, specialising in Hatha Yoga. Next came Aerial Yoga training at Jogostan and at Fitology, levels 1 and 2. I have also recently become a certified first-level teacher of integral fascial yoga, a style in which I keep growing and training.
To keep balance in my life, I continue my career as an illustrator, artist and owner of the Boboki brand.
In my classes you will experience conscious presence in the body through pleasant, often effortless movement, letting go, grounding and slowing down. I will take you into a land of focus and relaxation, not through doing but through feeling. This lets you free body and mind from tension and find more space and calm within. I teach yoga to share the joy that comes from this experience.
Yoga, Pilates, bodyART, meditation
Founder of MEISŌ BODY & SOUL, a yoga, Pilates and bodyART teacher and a meditation instructor. She has worked with mindful movement and wellbeing practices for years, sharing her experience not only in regular classes but also at conferences, festivals and national events. She has worked with Ewa Chodakowska, among others, leading classes that join movement, breath and mindfulness.
She created MEISŌ, a space where physical activity meets art, culture and the idea of conscious rest. In her work she puts the quality of movement first, along with attention to the body's needs and a balance between activity and recovery.
On the third day of the MEISŌ WELLBEING FORUM she leads Pilates, bodyART and meditation.
